1. The surface of the plate to be polished must be smooth and clean, and the thickness of the first piece of each quenching furnace must be measured, and the thickness of the plate must be measured in the middle to ensure the thickness of the plate.
2. The surface quality of the rolling roller should be ensured to meet the requirements, and the surface of the conveyor belt should be kept clean and free of foreign objects.
3. For the heat treated plates in a salt bath furnace, any water that needs to be calendered by a calender must be removed from the plates. During production, special attention should be paid to checking the surface of the calendering roller and the changes on the surface of the plate, and promptly handling any problems found.
4. After quenching, the plates that need to be cold worked and hardened need to be padded with white paper between the plates after calendering.
5. Check the appearance quality of the board to prevent folded or overlapping boards from passing through the rolling machine. When 7075 aluminum plate is fed into the rolling machine, it must be aligned with the center of the roller; When rolling with variable cross-section, the rolling speed should be selected to prevent changes in the plate wedge before rolling.
6. Each piece can be pressed for 3-7 times, and the total reduction should not exceed 2%.
