Precautions for pressing and straightening 7075 alloy aluminum plate with medium thickness:
1. Maintain the surface of the conveyor belt clean and free of dirt, ensuring that the surface quality of the rolling roller meets regulations.
2. The surface of the plate to be pressed must be smooth and clean, and the thickness of the first piece of each quenching furnace must be measured, and the thickness of the plate must be measured in the middle to ensure the thickness of the plate.
3. Each piece can be calendered 3-7 times, with a total reduction of no more than 2%.
4. Check the appearance quality of the board to prevent folded or overlapping boards from passing through the rolling machine. When 7075 aluminum plate is fed into the rolling machine, it must be aligned with the center of the roller; When rolling with variable cross-section, the rolling speed should be selected to prevent changes in the plate wedge before rolling.
5. The hardened plate after quenching should be cold, and white paper should be buffered between the rolled paper.
6. When the plate is heat treated in a salt bath furnace and needs to be rolled, the water on the plate must be removed. In production, special attention should be paid to the inspection of the surface of the rolling roller and the changes in the surface of the cardboard, and any problems should be promptly addressed.
7. Quenched 7075 alloy aluminum plate must be polished within 30 minutes.
